Visualization of our Digital 3D Assets
Development and establishment of a rendering standard for the respective brands (e.g. lighting, texturing, color, shading)
Work on rendering tools for our product development
Definition of guidelines for internal and external processing of photo realistic 3D assets
Establish new 3D motion tools and find the best solution for our digital product development
Development of 3D objects (Trims)
Involvement in our Avatar Development Process together with internal stakeholders and external partners

Required experience and skills:

Advanced experience in 3D Visualization, 3D Design and 3D Motion
Highly knowledgeable about creative technologies
Skilled in 3D applications CLO, Maya, Blender, Key Shot or comparable, including creating 3D modeling of product and advanced knowledge of rendering/lighting setup, texturing, color and shading
Advanced in sketching and drawing methods, in Adobe Suite or similar
Strong visual skills with the ability to create impactful/exciting visuals
Experience designing apparel and/or footwear apparel product is a plus
Under-graduate level Design, 3D, or related education experience
First experience with calibration of hard and software beneficial
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Curios, communicative teamplayer with the ability to multi-task
Enjoy communicating with the creative and marketing teams
