If you’re innovative in your thinking and dependable in your delivery this is the place for you.What I’ll Be Doing – Your AccountabilitiesSkills required for the job- Identifies, plans and executes to deliver strong sales growth with selected aquistion customers.
- Generate ICV and achieve ICVM targets
- Sales activity to be across the region and the full range of Global’s portfolio.
- Ensure virtual deal team keeps traction on sales strategy ensure sales records are current and accurate in Salesforce.
- Ensure BT has senior relationships at Board and CEO level
- Collaborate with the entire organization to deliver winning and profitable sales.
- To challenge the status quo and break new ground in the pursuit of commercial advantage and driving value for our customers.
- Building the BT brand in the market and developing their personal external brand as a business leader and opinion former.
- To contribute to the leadership and management of the business.
- Sales Drive and Achievement Orientation.
- Commercial Analytics and Technology Adoption. Identify patterns in data and leverage technical tools proactively without hesitation.
- Personalisation and Value Creation. Build rapport and tailor messages which tap into customer needs that align to Why BT.

- New business experience
- Take active role in shaping jointly a recently formed Global new business sales team.
- Understands the competion and how to win against them
- Significant experience with relationship management and direct sales
- Track record of success in building relationship at C-level/senior manager/exec level
- Have delivered or exceeded new sales targets in major enterprise, MNC accounts, ideally in Switzerland and knowing Swiss market
- Developed and executed successful account plans to deliver business unit sales targets
- Creative thinking and solutions to complex business problems including across geographies and cultures
- Account ICV and ICGM targets
- Customer sales strategy
- Decide on Win new Business pursuits
- Customer relationship management and profitability
- Escalation point for customers
- Commercial and ethical risk management
- Liaison with Business Management and Commercial organisation to ensure best resources are aligned to Accounts / Bids
- Liaison with Desk based account management where the role holder is managing the day to day interface with the account
