Role Description
As Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) Account Executive, you are responsible for managing a large volume of medium and small size opportunities within our Enterprise customers and prospects in the Swiss region. Partnering with our most senior sales account executives, this role will suit those who are looking to take their enterprise sales skills to the next level. With a sales model that fosters collaboration and supports your success, this is a great opportunity to forge a stellar sales career.

What we are looking for:

  • Successful history of net direct new business sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales quota, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles from business champion to C Level and demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
  • Fluency in German and English

Some of your main responsibilities and deliverables will include:

  • Manage the end to end sales processthrough engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners etc.
  • Position Salesforce products and servicesand improve manufacturing customers’ impact
  • Use your solution selling expertiseto respond optimally to customer needs and identify business potential in order to to create a strategic, long-term partnership with your customers
  • Strengthen client relationshipsthrough regular engagement and face-to-face meetings
  • Organise and manage industry eventsand user groups to generate market interest
  • Contribute to Salesforce growthby engaging with prospect organisations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targetsby selling Salesforce solutions into enterprise accounts within an assigned subset of major account/customer or vertical market
  • Territory/Vertical identificationand research to formalise a go to market strategy and create qualified target accounts
  • Maintaining a long term perspectiveto maximise overall revenue generation while being able to generate short term results
  • Create and maintain a sales pipelineto ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s)
