In order to accelerate the business development in Travel Retail EMEA, we are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive Travel Retail!
In this role, you will partner essentially with buyers and trade marketing contacts within our clients’ organization and also provide operational support to a Key Account Manager in driving business with Top Accounts by collaborating with all the departments involved: Field Supervisor, Commercial Planning, Marketing, Demand Planning.
The position is based in Plan-les-Ouates (near Geneva) and reports to the Key Account Manager Travel Retail.

1) Commercial and Customer Interaction

  • Account data files: prepare and submit all the necessary files for assortment, novelty introduction, FIFO management, pricing implementation, product information;
  • Client material requests: provide the accounts with samples & pre-series or any other material needed to enhance business potential;
  • Pricing: support Key Account Manager in the pricing process and tool.

2) Trade Marketing

  • Animation Plans: coordinate marketing animation plans to help field execution with Field Supervisors, Marketing and Concept teams;
  • Account Media and Digital requests: provide the accounts with audio & video, packshots, press kits and all digital assets for upgraded execution on account platforms or partner platforms.

3) Business Analysis and Reporting

  • Provide support to Key Account Manager in analyzing sell-out (and sell-in), identifying needs, threats and opportunities;
  • Build and follow invoicing of costs on staff, rentals (permanent & promo), decoration, GWP (gift with purchase) and all animation related costs.


  • Degree in Business Administration or similar;
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role ideally in the Travel Retail industry;
  • Fluent in English, French is a strong plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools and good digital awareness;
  • Reliable, structured and rigorous with strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize;
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships at all levels and across functions;
  • Appetite for change and challenges and at ease in an international environment with remote & multicultural teams.
