Tasks
Your mission over this 6 months internship is to manage CARIFY’s Fleet Partner Network, a portfolio of Partner car dealers who collaborate with us to provide their cars on our platform. You will have a big impact on the growth of the community and can build and maintain trustful relationships. As an Business Developer, you will also bring in new business from existing partners and will be able to develop new strategies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship with our partners
  • Strategize with the marketing and sales management to improve the sales processes.
  • Drive account management
  • Strive constantly for innovative enhancements on the Carify plattform and support the tech and marketing team on new feature development.
  • Visit our partners to ensure trustful relationships
  • Strategic planning and coaching to improve account results and performance
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
  • Build and manage the portfolio segmentation
  • Churn management and offboarding process management
  • Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all garage needs met


Requirements

You are a team player and you love to elevate your coworkers.   • Fluent in Swiss German and English; French or Italian would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
  • Entrepreneurial, ability to synthesize perspectives and insights to create opportunities
  • Eager to work on new strategies
  • Prior experience in Account Management is a plus
  • good negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Hands-on and performance-driven
  • Flexible and be able to deal with frequent changes
