What you do

Taking a lead role in representing Pilatus and liaising with our trainer fleet customers
Management of in-service issues and our support contract obligations
Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
Identification of after-sales business opportunities and contract negotiation
Development of long term customer support strategies

What you bring

A minimum of 4 -6 years relevant experience in the aerospace industry
Further education or professional qualifications are an advantage
Fluent English language skills are required – proficiency in German would be an advantage
A positive and flexible attitude and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
Willingness for international business travel on a regular basis
