To strengthen our team we are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Tasks

  • Maintaining successful customer relationships.
  • Conducting the annual meetings with the assigned customers.
  • Identification of growth opportunities with the assigned key customers through targeted verticalization from the HBS portfolio.
  • Maintaining or improving our contribution margin with the assigned customers. Make the necessary contribution to achieving the AOP.
  • Responsibility for extending and changing service contracts.
  • Cooperation with Field Service Leaders and Management Team.
Requirements

  • Basic market and industry knowledge.
  • Necessary knowledge to understand customers’ business and organization.
  • Customer orientation and communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Fluency in French and English (German is a plus).
