What You Will Do
  • Developing and implementing the indirect sales strategy within Switzerland and aligned with European/Global strategy
  • Analyzing market opportunities to develop and implementing strategies to maximize margins and increased market penetration
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and partners to maintain connection with local market issues
  • Allocating business partners maximizing the territory sales and service capabilities/coverage by line of products and establishing individual targets
  • Leading the sales team to achieve the yearly targets and to exceed the volumes as possible
  • Facilitate sales and service trainings with the support of the HVAC product teams
  • Driving sales excellence while delivering sales performance across channels
  • Ensuring the pricing policy is in place for each salesperson and territory / sales channels.
  • Forecast and report actuals business sales volumes, as requested frequency, for different line of products
  • Ensuring key consultants are covered and drives growth of basis-of-design
What We Look For
  • Sales leader with strong strategic vision to drive sales growth
  • proven track record in buiding new sales distribution channels
  • Proven record delivering results, entrepreneurial mindset
  • knowledge of specific local guidelines and limitations regarding the HVAC business
  • strong communitaion skills
  • Solid industry sales development/Program experience within a multinational matrix style company
