What you will do

Be a key face of the Sensormatic Solutions relationship to the clients you are responsible for and those you acquire

Business development within the german-speaking part of Switzerland and building new relationships as well as cultivating strategic partnerships resulting in major business opportunities

Drive consistency between Sales strategy and content work managed by the Strategic Sales Support team

Focus on bringing cross-portfolio opportunities to our existing customer base and ensure client satisfaction

Plan, direct and manage sales activities to continually reflect customer trends, market fluctuations, and changes in business practices / technology

Impact customer business strategy to establish innovations and growth opportunities

Provide significant industry expertise and client business acumen by selling higher level services to the customer

How you will do it

As Account Manager (m/w/d) Retail Solutions you will be able to assimilate complex Sensormatic Solutions business propositions and use them to guide client conversations with a critical view on achieving relevant, measurable business outcomes. As a result-driven individual you will also acquire new opportunities within both existing and new customers and support us in strengthening our market position.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

In depth understanding of the Retail Industry

Proven sales and /or client relationship management experience

Significant experience in winning complex deals with multiple stakeholders

Ability to innovatively and constructively challenge the status quo to drive the business forward

Well versed with commercial models, estimation techniques, pricing trends, and crafting complex MSA & SOW documents

Ability to work with cross functional teams in order to achieve customer objectives

Fluent language skills in both, German and English

Workplace: Home Office in the german-speaking part of Switzerland
