Responsibilities

  • In your job as Account Manager (m/f/d) you support our customers throughout the entire life cycle and act as the first contact person
  • You contribute to the objectives of the strategic business plan in relation to the relevant sales KPIs
  • In close cooperation with internal specialist departments, you will prepare customer offers, presentations, conduct price negotiations and actively contribute to positive pricing and profitable growth
  • Negotiation of contracts in cooperation with the legal department
  • Identify market and product trends, quickly identify new business opportunities and take appropriate action
  • Early reactions on escalation events and ensure customer satisfaction, taking the company’s interests into account

Qualifications

  • You have a degree in engineering or economics or a comparable discipline
  • You have experience in the described core tasks and are familiar with the global automotive industry
  • Your knowledge of contract law and pricing policy enables you to negotiate successfully in an international context
  • To achieve strategic goals, you choose a structured and team-oriented approach
  • With your strong communication skills and diplomatic skills, you will also be prepared for difficult conversations with different groups of people
  • For the cooperation with your international team you speak fluent English and German
