Key Responsibilities:

The Commercial Account Manager is a discrete quota carrying role, covering a territory or a defined set of mid-market accounts.

The role is responsible for working closely with channel partners to drive net new sales as well as to upsell and renew existing customers of RSA solutions.

  • Manage a full sales cycle with customers for our SecurID solution
  • Responsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including sales to new and existing clients, price negotiation, pipeline management, training, and marketing support
  • Manage relationships with partners, align with them on their top accounts and work on joint sales campaigns
  • Develop strategies for existing Account to expand RSA SecurID and increase ARR
  • Drive Net New logos in territory or accounts white space via specific sales program, outbound calling and prospecting techniques.
  • Create and own Sales Accounts and/or Territory planning, designing and executing of strategic sales campaigns
  • Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities
  • Reports directly to a commercial function but able to work in a matrix environment, and be part of other regional or corporate leadership cadence

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree or some relevant IT Sales experience
  • Articulate and professional telephone manner
  • Proven track record of excellence in prior work experience/education
  • Confidence & persistence to handle objections and to make unsolicited calls
  • Team player who can work well with RSA staff and its channel partners
  • Able to work independently and on own initiative
  • Fluent English
  • 2+ year of experience in a quota carrying sales role

  • Able to function in a high-pressure sales environment committed to overachievement
  • Sales focused, with a determination to measure/improve effectiveness and achieve results
  • Attention to details and effective time management skills
