About Our Client

Our client is a major international private company located in Geneva.

This temporary position might become a permanent one after a few months in interim.

Job Description

As an accountant, you will be in charge of the following :
  • Ensuring that the company duly invoices partners on specific agreements and collects on payments due
  • Making sure that invoices received from partners are correct according to quantities loaded and specification
  • Updating changes in all key elements of the contracts in SAP and internal systems
  • Consolidating and monitoring utilization against allocation/capacity
  • Providing situation report regarding income and expenses relating to cash flow between the organization and its partners
  • Being aware of operational costs
  • Providing instructions and guidance as to how to properly follow the terms of the commercial agreements internally so that the contracts are properly respected
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of accounting processes (Accounting / Finance background required)
  • Finance / cost control aptitudes
  • Advanced Excel Knowledge
  • Experience on SAP would be a plus
  • English is the working language. Any other languages appreciated !
