Unser Kunde sucht am Standort Zug nach einem Accountant. Das internationale Technologieunternehmen operiert in verschiedenen Ländern. Der Hauptstandort befindet sich dabei in Zug und hier würden Sie im kleinen Team für die globalen Finanzen zuständig. Deshalb ist Englisch sehr wichtig, aber auch Deutsch sollte fliessend sein.
  • Accounting, consolidation & audit
  • Manage or supervise accounting operations for holding companies based in Switzerland, Mauritius and Singapore in Swiss GAAP FER
  • Lead country specific financial statements and audits (internal or third-party accounting) for holding companies in Switzerland, Mauritius & Singapore
  • Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Assist with consolidation of group accounts
  • Assist in the creation of a groupwide accounting manual
  • Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
  • Manual elimination reporting o Budgeting & reporting & tax
  • Prepare budgets and financial forecasts for all holding companies
  • Prepare actuals vs budget for all holding companies
  • Develop periodic reports for management
  • Support with tax reporting and tax considerations of our Swiss and international setup
  • Support CFO and Finance Team in projects, daily business (incl. payment runs) and ad hoc topics
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, team player
  • Prepared to take self-initiative, highly solution-oriented and ability to work towards tight deadlines
  • Ability to develop processes and timelines
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Experience in dealing with an international team
  • Advanced degree in accounting (Fachausweis/FH/University) with thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures in Swiss GAAP FER
  • Ideally experience and education on tax related matters
  • Working experience in accounting of a multi-national company
  • Assessment and implementation of accounting software & systems (if required, to be defined
  • Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Very good language skills in English & German
