In this role, you will be responsible for project accounting activities in order to implement robust monitoring & accounting processes to ensure project accounting support meets the project requirements. You ensure correct Cost Breakdown Structure coding is utilized for requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and for internal man-hours booking. Further, you are responsible for invoice processing to include detailed reviews, investigating billing issues and identifying overages ensuring contract terms are adhered to. You ensure timely release of invoices for submission for payment and work in coordination with Accounts Payable Shared Services Center. You act as Unifier System Administrator and provide adequate trainings and support for users.

Erfahrung
3-5 years of experience in project accounting for large (> 20 Mio CHF) projects. Preferable to also have experience being part of a team cost controlling on large scale projects.
