For our client, an international company, located in Canton of Schwyz, closely to Zurich and Zug, we are looking for a motivated

Accounting Assistant and Administration Support (m/f) (100 %)

Tasks
  • Processing of supplier invoices in line with internal procedures: Supplier creation request, invoice verification, recording, approval follow-up, payment proposal, and account reconciliation;
  • Enter key accounting and financial data on a daily basis;
  • Reconcile accounts in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Participation in monthly/quarterly/yearly closing procedures;
  • Participation in the automation of ERP processes;
  • Cash allocation, account receivable reconciliation, and follow-up of aged balances;
  • Support in diverse administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Commercial apprenticeship or similar education, education in AccountingFinance is advantageous;
  • Proficient in common computer applications, including Microsoft Office;
  • Previous experience in accounting, experience with Microsoft Dynamics BC or Navision is an advantage;
  • Familiar with figures;
  • Precise, accurate and attentive to details;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Ability to work under pressure to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Good knowledge of English, German and Russian (good knowledge of 3 languages is required);
  • Swiss / EU passport or valid Swiss work permit.
