Assistant Accounts Payable 60-80%

This challenging and interesting position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Pre-recording and tracking of invoices including the booking of invoices and filing as well as archiving them accordingly;
• Allocation of delivery notes;
• Responsible for compliance of our signing policy and other respective policies;
• Managing accounts payable e-mail inbox and provide internal support on process of invoices;
• Assisting in the preparation of payment runs and other general accounting tasks;
• Processing of expense reports according to our internal policy and the booking of credit card statements;
• Deputy in absence of accounting assistant (e.g. vacation).

For this position, we are looking for a highly motivated individual bringing along:

• Commercial apprenticeship and experience in accounts payable;
• Very good knowledge of Swiss VAT and of accounting basics is mandatory;
• Good knowledge of Excel is vital and experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Amagno is an advantage;
• Strong planning and organization skills required with a high affinity numbers and strong detail orientation;
• Outstanding ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility combined with a service-oriented attitude;
• Fluent in English and German, both orally and written.
