Position:

We are looking for an ambitious and autonomous Accounts Receivable Specialist / Invoicing Specialist to join the Finance team at our Lugano office!
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist / Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks and will report directly to the Accounts Receivable Associate Manager.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • SAP FI customer master data
  • Creation of the order in the system
  • Creating Customer and Resources in the system
  • Checking the correctness of reports / import and rounding for invoicing
  • Checking expense reports to be re-invoiced to customer
  • Issue invoices
  • SAP recording of issued invoices
  • Archiving of active invoices per customer


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in this role
  • IT skills: MS Office (Excel, Word ...), SAP nice to have
  • Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. German is a nice to have
