About the company

Our company is active in audiovisual production, web development and social media management. Specialized in the creation of video content for B2B communication and marketing, we have developed customized subscription solutions that allow companies to benefit from frequent video production.

We are a young team with drive, passion, and ambitious goals. As we are growing rapidly, the entire team must be dynamic and flexible and able to adapt quickly to new circumstances.

General mission

As part of the development of our B2B subscription solutions, we are looking for a Swiss-german and English-speaking intern to assist us in various areas related to the administration and support of sales and video production activities.

Your responsibilities

  • Assist the team in prospecting and selling our services.
  • Receive, process, respond and write emails
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed of day-to-day updates and changes
  • Provide administrative support in the preparation and management of shoots
  • Various office administrative tasks

Your profile and strengths

  • An apprenticeship (CFC), business school or a high school diploma (ideally desired).
  • French is a plus.
  • Preferably, but not necessarily, you already have experience in an audiovisual production company or creative agency.
  • You are comfortable with verbal communication in person and over the phone.
  • You have a strong interest in prospecting, selling, and achieving results.
  • Good mastery of current usual computer software.
  • You can easily go to Burgdorf for your work.
