GPS collaborates closely with teams across the organization to bring new therapies to the market and maximize the launched product portfolio.As an integral part of GPS, the Hematology and GI/GU Franchise is accountable for more than 10 medicines either available for patients or in late stage development across various disease areas ranging from blood cancers and Haemophilia all the way to Liver Cancer. We foster a culture of accountability for delivering on commitments and continuous improvement, we hire and develop talented people from diverse backgrounds who together foster an inclusive and connected culture, we challenge the status quo, create engaging, effective processes to add value and simplify work for ourselves and others.Position Summary:As a member of the Administrative Professional team (AP Satellite), our focus is to enable business partners to operate at their highest efficiency, being responsive to change and fit for the future. We are growing to be a self-organized team and partnering to deliver better outcomes. We provide tailored team operations and foundational administrative support to individuals and teams across the Hematology Franchise and GI/GU Franchise, ensuring continuity and coordination of work. - Work Package / Project Coordination - ability to prioritise and develop solutions.
- Contribute and strengthen agile practices within the team, e.g. by taking on occasional scrum master responsibilities, preparing team stand-ups, retrospectives and more
- General administrative support via intake tool (shared inbox): meeting logistics, recruitment, contract and compliance support.
- MyBuy knowledge is a plus. (open and process with purchase orders to ensure accuracy of payments)
- You have good verbal and written communication skills – fluency in English is a requirement, additional language skill (German and French) is a plus
- You have experience working in diverse and complex organizational cultures and structures, you are embracing the concept of constantly adapting to support Roche’s 10 year ambitions.
- You are tech savvy and proficient with technology applications and enjoy exploring new digital tools. You have strong Google Suite skills
- You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail and have the ability to track and manage projects through to completion.
- You maintain a collaborative, professional, highly responsive, and team-oriented approach to the workplace.
- You are able to work independently and with a team effectively.
- You have an ability to see the big picture and incorporate problem solving, critical thinking and tactical execution into your daily work.
