Your Contributions:
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers to execute all phases of the systems engineering process:
    • Define concepts of operations (CONOPS) for new aircraft
    • Define top-level requirements for systems, as well as subsequent levels of subsystems requirements
    • Track defined requirements against testable and verifiable milestones as the program evolves
    • Define system technical performance measures, including KPPs, TPMs, MOEs, and MOPs, and support their tracking over time
    • Support the generation of safety related plans, assessments, and documents (FHAs, FTAs, FMEAs, FMECAs)
    • Define and track technical and programmatic risks, including risk avoidance / risk mitigation plans
    • Support test planning, and tracing of tests to requirements
  • Support the internal definition and refinement of systems engineering processes
  • Help guide the design of system architectures
  • Contribute to company proposals, reports, and presentations where needed

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Systems Engineering
  • Experience in applying systems engineering principles to complex aerospace systems
  • English language skills, verbal and written

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and principles
  • Familiarity with EASA certification guidelines and processes for light aircraft, rotorcraft, and/or uncrewed aircraft
  • Experience performing Safety Hazard Analyses
