Agile Coach

Your main tasks

  • Drives and facilitates the global understanding and adoption of Agile principles, values and practices in the company
  • Acts as a catalyst in the change on all levels of the organization (e.g. delivery team, program and portfolio levels)
  • Develops Lean Portfolio Management
  • Can act as Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Coaches of individuals and teams
  • Develops a feedback and “fail-fast” culture

Your profile

  • Has proven change and stakeholder management skills
  • Has profound know-how in agile practices (XP, Scrum, Kanban), scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model), lean practices
  • Can adapt to speak with executives (C-level), product managers, regulatory affairs, requirements engineers, testers, software developers or mechanics/electronic engineers, etc.
  • Speaks and writes English (professional proficiency level), German (is a plus)
  • Has already run an agile transformation (advantageous)
  • Has some experience in MedTech or other regulated industries (advantageous)
  • Has experience with good software engineering techniques & practices with DevOps mindset (advantageous)
