Responsabilities

  • Drive the development and deployment of world class Agile Ways of Working enabling Roche Information Solutions to achieve Organizational Agility
  • Foster the development of Agile communities of practices within Roche Information Solutions
  • Coach managers, leaders in new concepts, models and approaches required for achieving agility
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset in the organization
  • Facilitate the co-creation and delivery of innovative and impactful products and solutions through various learning styles and role personas using suitable (agile) methodologies and frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, LeSS…) to create deliverables, highlighting dependencies and raising/mitigating/communicating issues
  • Drive and foster the agile maturity of Roche Information Solutions, including all Customer Areas and Functions by applying all perspectives of the agile coaching framework (coaching, teaching, mentoring, facilitating)
  • Provide effective strategy and agile delivery guidance to leadership and team through product, solution, and concept execution
  • Evaluating, experimenting and implementing futuristic agile learning technology solutions and capabilities for Roche Information Solutions
  • Influence and engage with customers across all of Roche Diagnostics teams and drive fast and consistent adoption of common agile excellence initiatives and standards
  • Support the customer areas and engineering teams in adopting and migrating to agile frameworks at scale
  • Be a scaling (agile) framework methodologist by successfully supporting the implementation of scaled agile frameworks, design thinking , DevOps, supporting the transformation of non-agile teams, programs into agile operating models.



Requirements:

  • Min. Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration with SPC Safe Program Consultant Certificate (****)
  • Min. 7+ years’ experience in running and deploying agile software delivery models and frameworks (****)
  • Min. 7+ years expertise in the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including all configurations of the SAFe framework (****)
  • Hands-on and work experience as Agile Coach with different teams through collaborative technological innovation in agile environments with tangible outcomes (****)
  • Relevant experience in software/systems engineering and a software development background, preferably in the regulated environment (****)
  • English fluency (spoken and written), Native Level preferred
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand complex workflows and develop and validate innovative solutions to address customer needs or to realize market opportunities
  • Good communicator, able to collaborate with stakeholders and customers to explain technology and with the proven ability to take insights from customers and translate them into technical deliverables
  • Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies, and track and measure outcomes
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and engage them in a large agile transformation
