Pictet Asset Management (Pictet AM) manages the assets of some of the world’s largest institutions, financial intermediaries and their clients. Our culture welcomes independent thinkers and centres around investment excellence, a long-term perspective and a dedication to client service.


You will be part of the Customer Platform of our PAM Technology Department. The Customer Platform brings together all the systems (a mix of internal applications and vendor systems) used by all Pictet AM Sales, Marketing and Reporting staff worldwide for managing client relationships, engaging clients, promoting the brand and thought leadership and producing, managing and sharing content to support these processes.

Your role

  • Providing qualitative analysis and evaluating the feasibility of the requirements.
  • Designing and developing the API Gateway, REST microservices and ETL data flows.
  • Implementing data extraction and transformation processes.
  • Ensuring the quality, maintainability and scalability of the code.
  • Being involved in various DevOps tasks.
  • Integrating the different services with the existing systems.
  • Managing and resolving technical incidents linked to the solutions implemented.

Your profile

  • University degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
  • At least five years’ experience in development with Java API technology-oriented applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of REST architectures as well as Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Knowledge of Reactive Programming paradigm (Reactive Streams).
  • Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL, SQL Server).
  • At ease with management configuration tools: Maven, Git and Bamboo.
  • Excellent analytical skills and able to focus on multiple topics simultaneously.
  • Strong team player, able to build positive and collaborative relationships with everyone.
  • Highly motivated with an open-minded, positive personality and ready to take initiative.
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
