Job Description


The lastminute.com Application Engineering Team is growing and looking for a new teammate! As Applications Specialist - Workflow Management, you will be responsible for guiding automation of workflow processes:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance for corporate and business processes
  • Monitor and follow up projects related to process improvement and digital transformation
  • Manage complex workflows and document management processes
  • Develop workflows to transform traditional business processes to the digital
  • Document and maintain business requirements, functional and technical analysis, UATs
  • Develop, document and implement training for users along with other consultants regarding Business Analysis and technical skills
  • Collaborate and act as bridge between Business and Tech departments
  • Identify potential design risks in the light of the project as a whole
  • Advise internal teams on best practices for maximizing the processes in place

Qualifications


Essential

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate/business processes and workflows
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good Knowledge of BPM platforms such as APPIAN and/or AODocs
  • Knowledge and capability to work both with agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Desirable


  • Appian Certified Associate Developer, Certified Senior Developer or Certified Lead Developer is a plus
  • Experience in Java Script Coding is a plus
  • Past experience in a consultancy firm will be considered
  • Optimistic, flexible and with excellent relationship capabilities
  • Smart and ready to work in a dynamic and always evolving environment
