The Client:

JBAndrews are currently working with a world leading manufacturer and seller of Function Food Ingredients derived from plant-based sources for the Food & Beverage Industry. Today my client is searching for a professional with experience within the Industrial Food Industry, who is skilled in food analysis, quality assurance or quality management to assume the Application & Quality Technician position.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to the Application & Quality Manager
  • Supporting work in application technology, quality assurance and quality management
  • Participation in the development of new products, concepts and recipes
  • Technical application service for our customers
  • Creation and testing of mixing recipes using SAP
  • Testing and releasing of the manufactured products
  • Management of analysis and application methods
  • Processing of complaints
  • Maintenance of QM-related data in SAP
  • Monitoring of test equipment
  • Editing documentations and keeping logs
  • Implementation of quality, hygiene and food safety requirements
  • Information exchange between Research & Development, Application Technology, Laboratory of the H&F Group

Requirements:

  • Experience in the food industry or food analysis, quality assurance and quality management.
  • Experience and know-how of functional food ingredients.
  • Sound knowledge in SAP and MS Office
  • Strong affinity for working with data and IT tools
  • Fluent in English and advanced German skills required
  • Good communication and networking skills
  • Team player
