Then become part of our global team as an application specialist in laboratory diagnostics(100%) in French-speaking Switzerland to support our customers in operating their high-end devices efficiently and effectively for the benefit of their patients.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will provide application support for user and software requests related to assays and application software
  • You convince our customers with a solution-oriented troubleshooting management, you will support by phone or on-site in the solution of malfunctions in close cooperation with responsible service engineers
  • You actively support system and test installations, and are responsible for the implementation and further education training of our customers
  • We place a great emphasis on the competent training of our customers, they actively participate in the expansion of our education portfolio
  • You can also assist our customers with scientific inquiries, system evaluations and product updates.
  • The close cooperation and professional advice of the sales team and the specialist departments on quotations,concept development or application questions round off your task profile
  • Through your trusting customer service, you contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction and strengthen our market presence


Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have completed a degree as a biomedical analyst or a comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in the laboratory or in customer support, as well as practical knowledge in the field of laboratory diagnostics are required for this function
  • You are motivated for a versatile and challenging job with a high proportion of travel for assignments with the customers on site
  • You work "home based"; this means that you drive directly from your place of residence to the customers in French-speaking Switzerland
  • They are willing to support their team in other regions if necessary and to attend training courses abroad
  • You are a customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills, independent way of working and good organizational skills
  • You are proficient in spoken and written French and English. Knowledge of German is a big plus.

  • You work independently, are flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
  • A pronounced customer orientation is a matter of course for you
  • You have an open, confident demeanor combined with good communication skills
  • You work home-based from your place of residence and visit your customers in French-speaking Switzerland
  • We require the willingness to travel within Switzerland; in exceptional cases you will also travel abroad
  • As part of our organization, you also maintain contacts with the headquarters
