YOUR IMPACT
As Architect Director Assistant you will:
- Assist the managing architect in the administrative tasks and in the accounting of the building sites
- Help with the regular administrative follow-up of building permits
- Do the follow-up of site accounting
- Prepare of the payments of the building sites followed directly
- Help with the drafting of the monthly report
YOUR BACKGROUND
To succeed in the role, you should have:
- At least 3 years experience as a management assistant in an architectural office in Switzerland
- Knowledge of the building permit procedure in the canton of Geneva
- Knowledge of building site accounting and CFC codes
- Knowledge in the establishment of calls for tender
- Management of diaries
- Office suite - Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Perfect command of French, written and spoken. An additional language a plus.
