SUMMARY OF THE JOB:

Develop the promotion, rental and sales of medical products (both RS and B&S) in French- and Italian speaking part of Switzerland for DJO Global Switzerland Sàrl, based in Ecublens, Vaud. Ensure regular follow-up of our medical customers, visit prescribing physicians, orthopedic shops, pharmacies and physiotherapists and assist them in the use and understanding of our products : Medical devices of DJO in Recovery Sciences and B&S (braces, bandages, etc)

Main Activities & Tasks

Promotion, sales and rental of medical devices of DJO in RS and B&S area.

• Visit and avise health professionals : prescribing doctors, rehab centers, physiotherapists, pharmacies, orthopedic shops.
• Carry out hands on product demo for medical professionals.
• Ensure attendance at trade fairs and symposiums.
• Regularly visit our medical distributors/partners to support and train their sales teams.
• Advise the end user and direct him to the appropriate distributor.
• Explain our products to patients upon special request.
• Help to create marketing, promotion and sales tools, in agreement with the Market Manager Medical CH and with the support of staff in rental department/back office Ecublens, Vaud and DJO DACH, Freiburg.
• Management of advertising and necessary tools (web, flyers, prescription blocks, etc) for the promotion of rental and sales of RS and B&S items; in agreement with the Market Manager Medical CH.
• Interact with KOL (top prescribers, physicians, managing directors of orthopedic shops and pharmacies).
• Sales and Marketing reports.
  

Medical trainings and symposiums

• Organize and attend to Swiss medical events (symposia, exhibitions, trainings) with support by rental department in Ecublens, Vaud.
• Negotiate new partnerships for attendance at major symposia in agreement with the Market Manager Medical CH.
• Provide at least twice a year a medical training for physiotherapists who use DJO devices in rental business scheme.
• Intervene with medical professionals upon request.
  

Profile Required

• Medical background and long term experience in promotion/sales to Swiss medical sector : doctors, clinics/hospitals, physiotherapists, orthopedic shops.
• In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation, anatomy, healthcare.
• French mother tongue, good knowledge in English and German.
• Good oral communication and presentation, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Driving license category B, good driver, responsible and careful.
• Common practice of computer tools (MS-Office/Outlook).
• Self driven with ability to work independently, well organized and able to manage/focus on priorities.
• Positive and committed attitude, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
