Become a part of our in-house agency to create beautiful digital and print experiences for our customers around the world!

Although your focus will be digital, you will work across all channels and in a holistic way, creating everything from multichannel campaigns that deliver world-class results to print materials that customers won’t want to put down. You’ll utilize your extensive design experience and strong vision to push the EF brand to new heights and help make it a household name in the industry and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Create visual design concepts that are cutting-edge and true to our brand identity
• Be responsible for concept development and execution together with the copy team
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and quality
• Sell your vision and ideas to senior stakeholders with passion and confidence
  

Who You Are

• An experienced, visionary creative
• Hands-on and detail-oriented
• Earnest, mature, and able to take feedback and iterate based on it
• Fun, empathetic, and eager to contribute to a truly international creative effort
• Passionate about travel and/or education
  

Ideal Skills & Expertise

• 5+ years of professional multi-channel design experience
• A stunning portfolio (don’t forget to share it when you apply)
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch
• Excellent spoken and written English, other languages a plus
• Experience working with photography

• Handing off your designs and never touching them again. We believe our work only gets better through iteration and a collaborative approach to design is in our DNA!
