    Job Description

    For a new project, our client is looking for a candidate to work on site full time.

    You Will Be Responsible For All Commercial Contracts

    Collect contracts, review them, enter them into a database and analyse them.

    The Successful Applicant

    Mandatory
    • Legal Background
    • Immediately available for 4 months
    • 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position (dealing with commercial contracts)
    • English, bilingual - French and Spanish fluent (a plus)
    • Confident (not afraid to approach people)
    A Plus
    • Experience in common law
    • Some knowledge in oil & gas contracts.
