A broad and interesting role within the Asset Management Internal Communications team that includes the following responsibilities:

  • Working with Business Area heads and other partners to develop and implement effective communication strategies for their areas with the goal of helping them deliver on their business objectives
  • Leading our divisional Culture and Engagement communications activities (incl. people and HR-related topics) with the aim of fostering employee engagement
  • Manage high-profile communications projects relevant for the Business Areas or the division
  • Writing, reviewing and editing communications (articles, memos, Q&As, etc.) on a broad range of topics and ensuring clear, effective and inspirational internal communications to foster employee engagement
  • Closely collaborating with internal stakeholders, Media Relations, Social Media, Marketing and Branding to identify and generate content promoting our expertise, capabilities and culture
  • Coordinating the delivery of content through internal and external distribution channels (cs.com, media, social media, etc.) to maximize impact and reach

Your skills and experience


You’ll be a good match if you have:

  • A university degree and several years’ practical [KA(1] experience in corporate communications and/or journalism and a good understanding of the financial services industry
  • Experience in working with senior executives to design and deliver communication activities that support business growth and drive positive change, and are equally comfortable and skilled at operating at strategic as well as tactical levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and manage trusted relationships across all levels and areas of a large, diverse and multicultural organization
  • A creative mindset that allows you to translate strategies, concepts and ideas into inspiring and convincing communications, while having strong organizational skills enabling you to maintain an overview of and handle multiple projects and deliverables in parallel
  • Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented work style and a high level of commitment and ability to work against tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Outstanding writing skills in English (mother tongue) and German, and experience with social media, video creation and Photoshop would be a plus
  • The desire to be part of a fun and inclusive team where everyone can realize their full potential
