Asset Management | Legal & Compliance Officer | Zurich | Permanent | 100% | Immediately

Tasks
  • Support the review of a variety of legal and compliance-related policies and third parties
  • Research, analyze and report on regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Review fund documentation and governance to be applied
  • Ensure compliance to relevant legislation and regulations
  • Support in the field of tax due diligence review
Requirements
  • Resident of Switzerland
  • Completed BLaw / MLaw or equivalent education
  • Fluency in English and German, French would be a plus
  • Broad understanding of investment markets/strategies and products
  • 2+ years’ of PQE in private market or fund industry, banking, law firm or audit
  • Compliance certification and overall tax relevant knowledge would be an asset
