As an “Assistant Key Account Manager”, you will collaborate with the Key Account Manager to develop and implement annual customer plans. You will also grow as a talent within the organization by managing your own smaller accounts through creating and executing customer plans that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies. Furthermore, you will be part of the Purina sales team, a dynamic and inspiring team of talents where you will have a great opportunity to develop further with strong support of the leadership team.

A Day in the Life of an Assistant Key Account Manager
  • Ensure and nurture productive business communication with Customer buyers to improve relationship with customers (Phone, Mail, Visits, ...)
  • Support Key Account Managers in managing operational activities like annual planning of Trade Activities, assortment management, Promotional Planning and providing reporting and analysis
  • Ensure flawless E2E execution of promotional Trade Activities to support and liaise with Demand Planning (Budget, Offer, volume planning, evaluation)
  • Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé Leadership principles, local Sales policy, Safety and legal regulations

What Will Make You Successful
  • Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or higher education degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of operational experience, preferably in Sales or Supply Chain roles (e.g. Demand planning, Customer service) in a similar market environment or trade structure.
  • Languages: French / German / English would be a plus
