For our new opening BOSS Store Ascona in Ticino we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager 80% (m/f/d) starting from the 01.04.2023.


What you can expect:

  • Together with your Store Manager and the team, you will be in charge of the new opening in May 2023
  • Together with the Store Manager, you are responsible for the economic success of the store and take over all operational tasks in this context together with the team.
  • Assistance in personnel management, planning and development
  • You are jointly responsible for the representative visual appearance of the store within the framework of the overall strategy of the HUGO BOSS Group
  • Developing and implementing innovative service and merchandising concepts
  • You will ensure optimum customer service in terms of advice and sales of our high-quality products


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training in all aspects of retail business management, such as a retail salesperson or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position in high-end fashion retailing
  • You enjoy leading and developing staff and have the ability to motivate a team as a role model.
  • You have sound IT skills (MS Office applications and ideally SAP)
  • You have a strong sales orientation, organisational skills and a passion for fashion and lifestyle.
  • You inspire the team and our customers with your confident appearance, your positive charisma, your empathy and your enjoyment of selling.
