Assistant Tax Manager | Private Client Services and Corporate Tax | 100 % | Lausanne

Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation of complex tax memorandums, rulings, analysis and tax estimates as well as tax due diligence;
  • Supervision of a Senior Tax consultant ;
  • Review and feedback in relation to the works performed by the Senior Tax consultant including but not limited to complex individuals and corporate tax returns, tax memorandums, rulings, analysis and tax estimates;
  • Various contacts with our clients;
  • Administrative works (invoicing, review and preparation of internal materials, etc.);

Your profile:

  • Bachelor/Master HEC/HEG and/or Master of Laws;
  • Ideally between 4 and 6 years of experience in Private client services and/or Corporate tax;
  • At ease with the tax treatment of corporate entity as well as individuals;
  • Having a good experience in tax compliance (tax returns) and especially in tax advice (preparation of rulings, memoranda, tax due diligence, complex calculations, etc.);
  • Good level of English and French absolutely required (C1 minimum);
  • Having managed client portfolio;
  • Supervision of consultants is a plus;
  • Enthusiastic, curious and autonomous;
  • Loving human contact;
  • Ability to work in a team;

Start date: Ideally January - February 2022 (can be discussed)
