Your tasks
  • Support the DMI management in the planning and implementation of the study program
  • Contact point for students and lecturers in the everyday life of the university
  • Support communication platforms (website, Facebook, Sharepoint)
  • Collaborate in the organization and implementation of informational and promotional events
  • Support of module and annual documentation
  • Integration into teaching offers and exhibition projects
Your profile
  • Completed university studies BA at a university level.
  • Experience in coordinating activities and handling projects
  • Good social and intercultural communication skills
  • Initiative, independence, the ability to work in a team and flexibility
  • Interest in organization, communication and mediation activities
  • Good computer skills: Microsoft Office, Teams, Adobe Suite, Premiere, Final Cut, Zoom
  • Good knowledge in the use of electronic production and presentation equipment
  • Excellent oral and written language skills in English (Level C1). Official working language in the DMI programme is English
  • Working experience in a comparable position recommended
