The role provides exposure to JPMorgan’s entire platform within the Private Bank, Investment Bank, and Commercial Bank. You will be a partner on the 23 Wall IPB team, working closely with senior partners to execute upon key initiatives across global regions and various lines of business. Initiatives will relate to a diverse range of subjects, including strategic initiatives, sales management, client engagement, finance reporting, idea generation, internal and external presentations, event coordination, and governance meetings.

About 23 Wall:23 Wall is a global team of private-siders dedicated to ensuring the power of the full JPMorgan Chase franchise is brought to bear for the world’s largest, most sophisticated clients and their family offices across lines of business. The team sits within the Private Bank but has a LOB-agnostic mandate. We provide insight and access to the firm’s expertise, capital, and deal flow across clients’ balance sheets.

Role and Responsibilities:As a 23 Wall member, you will be involved in supporting the build-out and growth of the 23 Wall business in the IPB. The role will be fast-paced and multi-faceted in nature with a mix of data analysis and strategic, 23 Wall team support responsibilities. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Supporting senior advisors in their client coverage responsibilities for the key clients and prospects of the Private Bank
  • Leveraging global product and industry partners to assist clients in their strategy
  • Work closely with the Private Bankers in order to help them deepen their dialogue and interaction with their clients and prospects and market PB products and services
  • Prioritize and manage strategic and tactical business management initiatives with an eye towards client, firm, advisor, and business impact
  • Develop presentations for internal audiences as well as clients and prospects
  • Arrange client meetings, events, and speaking engagements; coordinate preparation among key stakeholders
  • Represent 23 Wall’s interests and priorities in key decision making forums
  • Preparation of pitch books, meeting materials and follow-up items for client and prospective client meetings
  • Responsibility for the input and management of the 23 Wall client database
  • Conducting research and analysis; assisting with product development and business development efforts

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
  • Prior experience in wealth management or investment banking
  • A well-rounded academic background (or equivalent qualifications)
  • Understands corporate transaction cycles and the steps in the process, and is execution oriented
  • Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
  • Enthusiastic, creative and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Personal integrity, initiative and leadership qualities with a positive attitude towards the flexible nature of the role
  • Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Extraordinarily high level of focus on work quality and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • Working proficiency in Italian would be advantageous
