MISSIONS ET ACTIVITES DU POSTE / MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB

Finalité du poste / Job purpose

Responsible for leading the verification and validation activities to deliver surgical planning and guidance software in compliance with quality procedures and regulatory environment.

Responsabilités et missions du poste / Responsibilities and missions

Mission 1: System Validation
  • Participate in the translation of user needs into requirements & product specifications to ensure their traceability
  • Lead the creation, updating & maintenance of technical documentation
  • Verify the contents, completeness, coherence and conformity of design history files
  • Lead the establishment of validation steps & ensure their implementation & tracking with development teams
  • Contribute to the impact analysis when there are changes or additions to the software
  • Work with the regulatory team & provide them with technical information they would require for the establishment of regulatory submissions (CE, FDA etc.) & participate in the presentation of design files during audits.
  • Participate in design reviews
  • Ensure the smooth flow & sequencing of development activities as described by the procedure
  • Contribute to the improvement of the design process
  • Establish a strategy concerning software testing plans and coordinate their roll out
  • Ensure the conformity & coherence of requirements with developed software applications & the validation of releases phases

  • Managing day-to-day activities of the team
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets
  • Delegating tasks to team members
  • Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills

Formation requise / Training required
  • Master’s Degree in a related field
  • 6+ years of professional experience
  • Management experience
  • Experience in software development
