Your role

Are you a motivated self-starter? Do you know how to take into account details to get a holistic view? We are looking for someone like you to:
  • perform audio communication controls and ongoing assessment and review of alerts flagged by the monitoring system
  • investigate and close out the alerts in a timely manner, making sure identified potential issues are fully investigated and promptly escalated where necessary
  • provide advice to different stakeholders regarding controls, internal policies and local law
  • identify changes and keep procedure manuals and user guides up to date
  • prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports and assist with regulatory reporting and inspection, as well as audits
  • participate in Monitoring, Surveillance & Controls (MS&C) stream initiatives where required

Your team

You will be working in the Employee Monitoring team in Zurich Altstetten. We are a multicultural and multidisciplinary team that conducts automated controls on different aspects of compliance misconduct. During our daily monitoring activities, we use different tools to detect and address findings.

Your expertise

  • relevant compliance, regulatory, business risk or audit experience
  • sound analytical skills, proven record-keeping abilities and attention to details
  • good MS program skills, mainly in Excel
  • good German and English knowledge, oral and written (any other language is a plus)
  • proactive, self-driven and able to work independently and disciplined
  • true team player and strong communicator
