Role Objective

Role Duties

  • Implement/enhance key audit systems to accommodate business requirements and/or design changes
  • Maintain/evaluate software vendor relationships and software licenses
  • Oversee and monitor audit systems and infrastructure and ensure the highest levels of availability
  • Contribute in the design and management of Internal Audit’s data warehouse including analysis and preparation of data, sourced from diverse systems
  • Provide system training and technical support to end-users
  • Execute use cases for systems automation/integration to improve efficiency and performance
  • Manage system and user security in line with Group IT standards and operating guidelines
  • Lead and deliver internal digitalisation and risk management projects/initiatives (as required)

Desired Qualifications, Skills And Experience

  • University degree in information systems disciplines (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Five (5) or more years of relevant work experience in administrating and/or supporting business systems and their underlining server infrastructure/databases
  • Experience in performing extract, transform, and load (ETL) activities, use of analytical techniques and tools (e.g. Alteryx, SQL) and managing data warehouses
  • Experience in configuring, customising and/or supporting audit and risk management systems (e.g. RSA Archer) advantageous
  • Knowledge of Windows server and database management good practices and tools
  • Experience with Business Intelligence and Visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or Power BI) preferred
  • Project management certifications (e.g. PMI, Prince2, Agile) beneficial
  • Understanding of Internal Audit practices including business risks and controls desired
  • Good attention to detail and analytical skills combined with critical thinking
  • A team player with excellent communication skills (English proficiency)
