Your role

Are you passionate about delivering robust and scalable robotic process automation solutions? Do you enjoy tackling complex challenges? Do you have a curious nature, always interested in finding ways to innovate? We’re looking for someone like that to help us:
  • Partner and collaborate with Operations experts and IT teams across the organization to deliver robotic process automation solutions in a dynamic environment
  • Analyze business requirements, design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies and development best practices
  • Perform integration testing of robot process automation solutions into larger subsystems and the extended automation system
  • Increase efficiencies by utilizing technology
  • Drive and extent your skills towards cognitive solutions as well (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing/generation etc.)

Your team

You’ll be working in an Agile pod as part of the Automation team. We are responsible for the delivery of Automation solutions to support the CH/EU service delivery teams to enable them to execute their Business As Usual services efficiently.

We support every aspect of development including architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support. As a member of our team, you will be involved in every aspect of the development life-cycle

Your expertise

  • An engineering or programming background, with experience in Robot Process Automation Tools (Automation Anywhere Enterprise, Blue Prism)
  • Strong development ability in one or more object-oriented languages (Python preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
  • Ability to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software independently
passion for developing fault tolerant, efficient code using unit testing frameworks
  • An understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus
