What you do:

Create, develop and review Computer Based Training courseware
Create lesson plans based on a defined training syllabus
Provide Quality Assurance and version control across all Computer Based Training courseware
Liaise with Engineering and other departments to verify the Computer Based Training content
Perform lesson peer reviews

What you bring:

Experience of developing educational solutions (E-learning lessons, courseware)
Knowledge of E-learning standards such as SCORM as well as Learning Management System, Content Management System and Training Management System
Aviation background (pilot or technician)
Experience with scripting such as Javascript is advantageous
Fluent in spoken and written English to at least level B2, knowledge of German is advantageous
