You will support Givaudan towards becoming a B Corp Certified company ensuring the certification timeline is achieved for successful certification. You will manage projects and guide progress of certification journey. Moreover you will coordinate across different work streams. You will be supported by two analysts and will report to the Head of B Corp Certification.

This role is flexible within the EMEA region and has to be based at a main Givaudan site.

You Will:

Drive progress towards B Corp Certification

  • Detail out the approach and timeline towards B Corp Certification for Givaudan
  • Project manage the progress of activities according to plan
  • Coordinate activities to be inspired at global level, across all certification requirements are-as and with the required departments
  • Monitor and report progress of the certification journey
  • Work with the B Team members and partners

Determine B Corp Certification methodology and toolkit

  • Develop a B Corp certification methodology and translate into a certificiation toolkit
  • Partner with B Lab and consultants to establish/ tailor methodology and bring best practice
  • Drive implementation of a central data repository for gathering, maintaining and sharing data at global level (for cascading to the sites) and at site level (for visibility)
  • Provide training and resources on the B Corp certification process

Support the organisation and other key stakeholders on the B Corp journey for Givaudan

  • Develop materials to support the onboarding of B Corp Team from required departments / regions / sites

Work with the team of analysts

  • Work with the team who will document the methodology, process and toolkits to promote the certification and who will handle data and evidence collection/consolidation and analysis and complete the assessment questionnaires

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Strategy / Corporate Sustainability or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Global business managing certification/global programs
  • Business fluent in English, local language is of advantage
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Sustainability experience is an advantage
  • Research enthusiast and expert in summarizing data easily
  • Used to work with different partners in different areas within the company
  • Used to communicate with different partners globally
  • Autonomous and comfortable with cross functional set-ups
  • Passion for sustainability and a belief in how businesses can make a positive contribution to a better future
