As a B2B Customer Services Specialist, you will be responsible of developing the relation with our B2B customers and internal stakeholders. You will support them with all the questions related to customer service on our full range of luxury products.Your mission
  • Manage the relationship with B2B Customers, Richemont Maisons, internal Boutiques and our European Customer Relation Center
  • Answer B2B Customer Requests about customer service and spare part orders by ensuring the application of Brand Policies
  • Manage the repair portfolio: Follow-up on cost estimates, Anticipate and communicate repair delays to our Customers, Follow-up of repairs that are sent to internal/external subcontractors.
  • Manage customer claims and escalate difficult cases to management or our local brands stakeholders
  • Manage B2B customers spare parts orders
  • Identify improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer experience
  • Be an active member of a dynamic team of 5 people, contribute to the good atmosphere in order to deliver a great customer service experience
Your profile
  • A first experience in Customer Services or Sales position
  • You are well recognized for your communication skills and problem solving attitude
  • You speak fluent English. And at least fluently French or German. Trilingual skills is obviously a strong asset
  • You are a dedicated and autonomous professional with strong stress resistance abilities
