We are looking for an experienced and ambitious B2B Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Objectives of this role


  • Establish positioning in the market, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Analyze customer insights, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations.

Responsibilities


  • Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels (and languages).
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies and increase customer engagement.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams.
  • Identify, plan, coordinate, and execute participation at tradeshows, roadshows, exhibitions, online webinars etc.
  • Manage all relevant media channels, including social media, blog, website, press releases, etc.

About you


  • Proven track record of product marketing and branding expertise in a technical B2B context.
  • Experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Ability to work with autonomy and take ownership of tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong multitasking, decision-making, and project management skills.
  • Metrics driven marketing mind.
  • Market analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with marketing, CRM, and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe suite, PowerPoint, Salesforce, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc.).
  • Swiss- or EU-citizen or valid work permit for Switzerland.

Bonus skills


  • Experience in the B2B sensor provisioning space.
  • Established press and media contacts.
  • Fluent in written / oral communication in Chinese.
