Primarily, this role will design, implement, and drive B2B sales campaigns and other marketing initiatives. Specifically, to oversee, monitor, test, and fine tune Sales Campaigns to help drive more leads and customer acquisition. This position will be responsible for establishing long term relationships with key Agencies outside Switzerland. Quantifying ROI, and ensuring the Sales Campaigns are performing to their greatest potential.

The ideal candidate will have specific experience maximizing B2B sales campaigns with a high attention to detail and analytics, and be passionate about marketing best practices with an eye to constantly improve function.

There is also the opportunity to create copy & design for creatives. Not the primary focus of this role and not a requirement, but we are open to a high degree of collaborative work, so this position will have a degree of creativity as well.

Tasks

What you’ll do
  • Directly responsible for the company’s revenue and profit within the B2B channel
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing wholesale business and achieving the company’s sales and profit goals
  • Manage resources (budgets & organization) to meet and exceed financial targets
  • Set strategy and plan for maximizing revenue and distribution within the B2B channel
  • Directs/trains/manages existing field sales team in addition to building out external rep team
  • Develop a winning team of revenue-generators
  • Facilitates launches for new products to accounts and advises on strategies for go-to-market
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful channel and partner programs
  • Attract the accounts that best support our brand and maximize our distribution footprint
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
  • Cultivates relationships with key accounts
  • Ensures customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
  • Monitors competitors, market conditions and target customer trends.
  • Coordinates with design on new products, based on customer feedback and needs
Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales management, including prior experience managing a remote sales team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German
  • Exceptional team leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to translate analytics into recommendations, insights, and functional production plans.
  • Must be authorized to work in Switzerland.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent English. Other languages would be considered as a plus.
