Flex Suisse is the number one service provider to empower legal & compliance departments with flexible workforce, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany. For our most recent mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:

Banking | Legal Counsel Data & Contracts | Zurich | Temp. 3-4 months | 50-100% | Feb. 2023 | CHF 120’000+

Responsibilities:

  • Advise on all matters of data privacy, outsourcing, IT, digitization and procurement
  • Give legal advice to the global data privacy organization including stakeholders
  • Legally advise on and conduct data-related processes and tasks
  • Draft and negotiate contracts in the procurement area
  • Prepare and maintain legal documents

Experience:

  • Completed legal degree (lic. iur. / MLaw),
  • Experience as a Swiss data protection officer is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English, any other language is a plus
  • At least 5 years’ of PQE working as a legal counsel in a similar function
  • Knowledge of data protection laws and outsourcing regulations CH/EU
