We offer biologists who join us a complete and long-term proposal to encourage their integration and support their involvement.

Job Description

Mission

You will be in charge of a pre-post analytical laboratory and will also be able to work on a technical platform.

As a Site Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the site and the development of its patient base, while developing the consulting service and the satisfaction of our patients and prescribers.

You will be able to participate in sampling and will carry out the biological validation, mainly for your site’s files, but also on a multi-site basis, while being an active player in the continuous improvement of the laboratory’s quality system.

As a Team Manager, you will be committed to the development of your employees’ skills and will ensure a social climate conducive to the development of each individual.

In order to accomplish all the development and management tasks entrusted to you, you will be able to rely on the management and support functions of the S.E.L.A.S., as well as on the support services of the Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics Group in France.

Compensation

We offer attractive fees from the beginning of your career and we support your progression within the Eurofins Group. If you wish to take on additional transverse missions or responsibilities for the SELAS, we will also adapt your fees accordingly.

Work schedule

You will work as a biologist on the basis of a number of days defined in accordance with your expectations and our needs (usually 7 weeks of holidays).

Status

You will be a partner of the SELAS. Thus, you will take part in all the decisions taken at the General Meeting. We prefer you to work under a liberal status and, in order for you to be comfortable with this French liberal status, we will provide you with our documentation and internal services to facilitate all your procedures and train you on the French regulations.

Accompaniment

Prior to taking up your position, we will support you in French language training up to the required level. To facilitate your exchanges and communication, we will help you to perfect your French and will also take care of French courses.

At the beginning of the collaboration, we will identify a colleague "tutor" within the SELAS to accompany you and facilitate your integration. You will also benefit from the training modules necessary for an efficient start (either practical or more theoretical training).

If you take responsibility for a site, you will take part in the "Manager’s Course" (an internal training programme lasting around ten days and covering management, finance, regulatory and legal, continuous improvement, quality, IT, etc.). You will meet support teams and colleagues and, while sharing your experiences, develop your transversal skills.

Qualifications

Your profile

You hold an accredited European diploma in biology and you want to work in a multicultural environment, on a human scale, while benefiting from the support of a group focused on innovation and excellence. You are dynamic with a passion for patient service and you like to take up challenges. You will drive innovation and progress throughout the organization, empowering your team to develop.

Additional Information

Mobility

We will take care of all or part of your moving expenses. You will also benefit from a two-day site visit with your spouse, if necessary, and you will receive support to help you settle in. We can also take care of all or part of the first six months of your accommodation.
