In this role, you will drive the implementation of brand activations in Switzerland and Austria in straight collaboration with other Marketing Metiers as well as with the Sales & Retail Teams.

How you will create a beautiful impact:

  • Designing, planning and delivering brand activations instore: Zurich Boutique (weekly) and key POS
  • Coordinating Coop and retailer activation plan amongst metiers for instore implementation
  • Driving the local implementation of 360 global plans
  • Working closely with Retail Managers and Boutique Manager for luxury implementation
  • Driving the organization and follow up of all local events (e.g. Art Basel, client events, boutique events, counter events, partnerships, press conferences)
  • Ensuring Budget control (several accounts)
  • Monitoring and reporting on all activities, ensuring ROI and KPIs achievement.

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

  • Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Management ideally in Beauty and/or Luxury Industry
  • Experience in organizing events and Trade Marketing Plans is key
  • Exceptional organizational skills and flexibility to manage multiple assignments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and resilient personality
  • Fluent in German and English, French is an asset.
