As a Brand Manager at PURINA Switzerland, you will be responsible for the local management and development of 2 Brands from our wide portfolio, covering both Cat and Dog.

A Day in the Life of a Brand Manager PURINA
  • Adapt activities based on European consumer portrait, tracks consumer engagement funnel for her/his brand and develops local activities in line with brand needs
  • Provide insights and gives feedback to Purina European team on strategy, range, innovation & packaging needs
  • Understand consumer portrait and in store environment, contribute to category strategy, provide recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, propose SKUs for key channels and key customers
  • Ensure consumer centricity, define Innovation pipeline for CH market based on pipeline available from Purina European team, maintain vibrancy of brand via relevant renovation for his/her brands
  • Lead development and execute strong, functionally aligned brand plans
  • Track and monitor the performance, health and strategic alignment of brands throughout the years
  • Understand business impact of PFME and TTS investment of her/his brand

What Will Make You Successful
  • Master Degree in Business Management/Marketing
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in Brand Management, ideally at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG
  • High communication and project management skills
  • Strong leadership skills as you interact with cross functional teams
  • Developed analytical skills / data-driven thinking
  • Fluent English, French and German
  • Category expertise
